These terms govern access to and use of the Travora Africa marketplace. By using the platform you agree to these terms.
The marketplace
Travora Africa connects travelers with independent tour operators, hotels and transfer providers across Africa. We facilitate bookings and payments but are not the operator of the experiences themselves.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity that takes place under your account. Provide accurate information when signing up or creating listings.
Bookings and payments
Booking a listing creates an agreement between you and the partner, subject to the listing's terms and these Terms. Payments are processed by our payment provider on behalf of the partner.
Partner obligations
Partners must deliver experiences as described, comply with local law, hold required licences and respond promptly to traveler communication.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including by uploading misleading listings, attempting to bypass payments, scraping data without permission or interfering with the service.
Liability
Travora Africa provides the marketplace 'as is' and to the extent permitted by law disclaims liability for the acts or omissions of partners or travelers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email.
